    Important Notice: Order Fulfillment Delay Due to Snowstorm

    Due to a severe snowstorm, our warehouse is temporarily closed. As a result, there will be a 2-4 day delay in order fulfillment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

    Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping time from 2 to 7 working days depending on location.

    Returns

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns of non-sale, unused and undamaged items purchased through Pacsafe.com

    Already marked-down items cannot be returned and exchanged.

    Warranty

    We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

    Terms & Conditions

    The Travel Kit Promotion ("Offer") is available to all eligible customers under the following terms and conditions:

    • Promotion Period:The Offer runs from 12:00 a.m. EST on April 21, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. PST on April 27, 2025 ("Travel Kit Promotion Period").
    • Availability:The Offer is available online only at pacsafe.com.
    • Eligible Products:The Offer applies only to selected product combinations and required order quantities.
    • Purchase Limits:There is no limit to the number of bundles that may be purchased during the Travel Kit Promotion Period.
    • Stock Availability:The Offer is valid while supplies of the selected products in a bundle last.
    • Order Completion:The Offer applies only to completed customer orders and purchases made within the Travel Kit Promotion Period. Items in the cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed. Items in the cart do not qualify for the offer immediately after the end of the promotion.
    • Exclusions:The Offer is not eligible for additional savings, discounts, or any other offers. Pacsafe’s price adjustment policy does not apply to the Offer. 
    • Modifications:Pacsafe reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or alter the terms of the Offer without notice.

    Returns:In the event of a return, all products purchased in a bundle must be returned together to receive a refund. The full amount will be credited to the original payment method.
